Tyre Coupling:
Hi-Tech Tyre
Couplings, in a new sophisticated design are multi-directional and are
used to neutralize parallel, axial and angular misalignments, end
floats singly or in combination. It cushions shock loads, absorbs
tortional and lateral vibrations and undesirable sounds are isolated.
It works as a potent device to protect system from fatigue failure
minimizing down-time. These couplings are easy to install. Since there
is no moving part no lubrication is required. Their inspection can be
done without dismantling them.

Flexible Couplings, Spacer Couplings and Mounting Plate Couplings.
Material:
To
ensure trouble free performance we use IS-2062 for Pressure Plates and
Hubs of Cast Iron. Tyre the flexible member of the Coupling is made of
Natural/Synthetic/Neoprene rubber compounds reinforced with
Rayon/Nylon/Polyester cord for long durability.
Hi-Tech HPT-Series Tyre Couplings:
These
Couplings consist of Punches and slitted Tyre firmly bolted with twin
Hubs and Pressure plates throughout he holes punched in the tyre
eliminating any possibility of slipping out of the tyre from the
assembly in all conditions.
Hi-Tech HTC-Series Tyre Couplings:
These
couplings consist of slitted tyre placed between twin hubs and clamping
rings on either side which hold the tyre in position but allows it to
flex freely either way.
Hi-Tech HPC-Series Tyre Couplings:
These
couplings consist of bolted parallel Hubs and Pressure Plates coupled
together with the help of a specially designed slitted tyre.
